What started as a small little known construction company has now grown into a household name in the construction and real estate world in and around Moraira. With more than 20 professionals, Larsen Proyectos is a medium-sized company that develops, builds, sells and manages. We create synergy in every phase of the construction process.

We have already completed many projects in the short time that we have existed. That's because we are ambitious and driven. We create environments that make you comfortable and relaxed. We create houses where people want to enjoy their stay and fully enjoy while they are in Spain. We are young, enthusiastic and dynamic. We have a cohesive communication organization.

None of us are beginners

The company consists of a unique collaboration between Erik Nijland and Bjorn Larsen. Each with their own specialties and experience. Erik is the creative and commercial brain of the business and Bjorn is mostly concerned with the operational part of the construction itself.

Ibiza villa in El Portet

It all started years ago with the transformation of an old Spanish villa in El Portet in Moraira into an attractive modern villa in Ibiza style. Many special projects have now been completed and work is underway on various new projects.

We don’t create “run of the mill” homes
